We’ve all sat in a training session that’s being run by someone sitting at their laptop, clicking through pages of a presentation whilst they fail to make eye contact with the lens of their laptop’s camera. We’ve probably also all sat in front of a website, clicking through pre-recorded videos one at a time, trying to take in as much knowledge as possible before reaching the next quiz section.
Hybrid online training gives delegates the benefit of having a live trainer there; someone who can present in an engaging way as well as respond to live questions, cutting away to pre-recorded videos and running group discussions - even running quizzes that can be answered in real time on delegates’ mobile phones, tablets or computers and pitting them against one another in a fun and open environment. It makes the session far more interesting which, in turn, ensures your team are able to pay attention and learn more easily.
