Product

Nothing beats being able to get hands-on with new products and, if you're looking to motivate your team and get them excited about new or existing products, we can deliver the training you need.

Although physical interaction with the product is the best way to really ensure the team understand and are enthused, it's not always possible to pull everyone together when you need to. We can create hybrid online training using a combination of interactive livestream, Q&A, pre-recorded video and live group competitions that are so much more memorable and engaging than you'd expect from a traditional online session.

Train the Trainer

If you have people in your team who would benefit from understanding how best to train other people, we can help.

We'll cover various learning styles, how to manage different delegate behaviours, consultative methods of sharing feedback and more. You can be sure that, at the end of the session, your trainers will have a much greater understanding of how they can get the most out of their delegates.

Customer-Facing Content

It's not always possible to have a real salesperson in front of your customer.

If you're looking to produce content for a website or for in-store execution, we can help by putting together videos that will simplify the jargon, helping your customer understand your product and guiding them towards their purchase.

This image shows an interactive stand that was put into every UK branch of a large multinational retailer. Customers were able to press buttons to find out more information on a number of subjects relating to OLED TVs and this gave the company an opportunity to offer useful, in-depth advice in the absence of sales staff.
